About Us

Running has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I ran not just to win races, but to chase freedom—to feel the ground beneath me and the wind on my face, reminding me that discipline and determination could overcome anything. Over time, running became more than a sport; it became my teacher, shaping my body and mind to take on life’s toughest miles.

When I joined the military, that same drive carried me through early mornings, grueling workouts, and the kind of perseverance that only comes from knowing pain has a purpose. Later, I found a new purpose, coaching friends and helping them discover that same strength hidden within themselves.

Then life gave me my greatest gifts—my seven children. Most of them didn’t share my passion for running, and that was fine. But one daughter did. From the first time she laced up her shoes and asked to run, something changed. What started as an afternoon jog became a shared journey of growth, resilience, love, and respect.

Out there on the track, I don’t just see my daughter—I see a reflection of everything running has taught me. She is fierce in competition but kind in spirit, strong in will yet gentle in heart. Every stride she takes reminds me why I ran—not for glory, but for legacy. Each mile we complete together is a chapter of our story, a reminder that greatness doesn’t just come from speed, but from the courage to keep going.

As a father, watching her grow into the young woman she’s becoming fills me with pride. As her coach, pushing her to reach her fullest potential reignites the fire within me. We run side by side, not just toward finish lines, but toward becoming the best versions of ourselves.

Because at the end of the day, running isn’t just what we do—it’s ABSOLUTELY who we are. And this journey, shared between a father and his daughter, is proof that the miles we run together last far beyond the track or trails behind us.
